This is exactly what we make possible at JACOB – with flexitime models that are geared towards real life, with individual solutions for special situations and with a culture that not only accepts family, but welcomes it. Fair pay
Performance deserves to be recognised – fairly and transparently. The decisive factor for us is the job, not the person. Our standardised remuneration system ensures that all employees are paid fairly – regardless of gender, age or origin. Each position is clearly described and categorised so that remuneration remains comprehensible and comparable.
For special qualifications or management tasks, payment can also exceed the collectively agreed standards – based on objective criteria, of course. Because what counts for us is what someone can do and contribute. Not how loudly someone negotiates..
